MistWeaver

Mistweaver tells the story of an explorer in a world very different from ours, seeking salvation for himself and his race.

Mistweaver began with a brainstorming session in which we all pitched the type of game we wanted to create for the final course project. After that, when it came time to establish the narrative, we decided not to go the hero route but instead explore the 'gray zone' that lies between a main character being a hero or a villain. Finally, the last foundation that defined this game was its 'environment storytelling,' with the story of the world or the character being told through elements within the world, available to the player.
